Silver Denarius, Struck 147 AD


Obverse: Inscription: FAVSTINA AVG PII AVG FIL; Draped bust of Faustina facing right, a single strand of pearls encircling her head, her hair elaborately curled and plaited, terminating in a bun at the back.

Reverse: Inscription: VENVS; The goddess Venus standing facing forwards, her head turned to the left wearing diadem, holding golden apple in her outstretched right hand, and touching the tip of a rudder around which is entwined a dolphin with her left hand.

Silver Denarius, Struck 161-169 AD


Obverse: Inscription: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA; Draped bust of Faustina facing right, her hair in loose waves, bound with a strand of pearls into a bun at the back.

Reverse: Inscription: FECVNDITAS; Fecunditas, the personification of fertility standing facing forwards, her head turned to the right, wearing diadem, holding sceptre and small child.

Silver Denarius, Struck 141 AD or Shortly Thereafter


Obverse: Inscription: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA; Draped bust of Faustina facing right, her hair plaited and bound at the back in simple bun.

Reverse: Inscription: DIANA LVCIFERA, SC; The goddess Diana Lucifera standing facing right, holding torch.
